About Marley Farms

Marley Farms, founded in 2007 in Gilbert, AZ, provides a therapeutic learning experience for children by allowing them to interact with rescued and neglected animals that have been adopted and given a second chance at a normal life on the farm. Marley Farms is home to more than 100 animals, many of them rescued from all across the country. In addition, it is one of the most respected equine boarding facilities in the region.

However, the future of Marley Farms is in jeopardy

Marley Farms has always put the well-being of its animals and the children of the community ahead of financial concerns. All money made through the feed store goes directly into the petting zoo and the nonprofit Against All Odds. Shea has poured all of his resources into the farm, and now, those resources are waning. This site is a call to the community of Gilbert to provide support to a valuable resource for its children.

How you can help

There are several ways you can help save Marley Farms. Monetary donations are, of course, greatly appreciated. However, if you would rather help in different ways, such as volunteering, providing animal feed or supplies, we would absolutely love it! Click on the options to the right to see how you can help.
Money
Monetary donations are the best way to help save Marley Farms. Although we strive to cover all costs through funds raised through the Feed Store and petting zoo, sometimes it is still tough to make ends meet.

We use external donation funds for projects throughout the farm, including animal care and property maintenance. We also use donations to assist in our community outreach programs, allowing kids throughout the valley to participate in the numerous programs we have developed at Marley Farms. Volunteer
Whether you can afford a donation or not, your time is always a valuable gift to give to Marley Farms. Of course, in this case, it's a gift that gives back. Most volunteers who have spent time helping out at Marley Farms have grown to love it. The staff is friendly and devoted, and the animals are an absolute joy to be around. We find that Marley Farms has a way of bringing a calmness and peace to those around it, and have found that the animals here can have a tremendous impact on those who spend time with them.

Volunteering at Marley Farms is a particularly great experience for children. The staff has often reached out to disadvantaged and troubled youth, and have seen wonderful transformations, but anyone is welcome to help out.

Feed
Keeping up with over 300 animals with varying needs is not just exhausting; it's expensive. The staff at Marley Farms takes the welfare of the animals on location very seriously, and they strive to keep an exceptionally safe and clean environment for Gilbert the pig, James the Camel, Pippi the Zonkey, and all of their friends. These are rescued animals, many of which require special care, so the cost of maintaining high standards is enormous.

Contact Marley Farms if you have tools, supplies, or feed to donate. No donation is too big or too small. In addition, please encourage your friends to buy their feed and supplies from the Marley Farms Feed Store. All profit from the feed store goes directly back to the animals and children in the community.
